Mr Jagdish is the visionary and Founder Chairman of Spark Enterprises, a trading company in industrial goods that was established in 2013. 

Qualified in Commerce discipline, he has tremendous experience for 55+ years in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Excise, Auditing & International Trading. He served many multinational giants, Premier Automobiles, ICI Ltd. to name a few during his career progression. He has been advisory to SMEs for improving their financial performances. Under Spark umbrella, he diversified the business into various segments such as Industrial Equipment, Electrical & Instrumentation Components and the emerging IT Services. 

His experience and expertise would bring great value to realize IT vision of Spark Infotech.

Mr Prasad is responsible for Technology & Delivery as Co-Founder & Director in Spark Infotech. He backs his career with a B.Tech  degree in Chem. Engg. from IIT- BHU, post graduation in MBA (Fin.) and experience spanning over 30 years. With certifications of IBM, Microsoft in relevant technology skills, he is avid learner of new digital technologies and pursues his techno-functional interests as a strategic business professional. He is passionate for transforming businesses into AI-driven.

He has worked in diverse domains such as Pharmaceutical/Chemical/Petrochemical, Energy & Utilities, BFSI, Public Safety, Travel & Hospitality, Retail and IT. He is BEE Certified Energy Auditor and CII IGBC Accredited Professional.

He served many blue-chip organizations spanning across India, South East Asia, UK and US by successfully delivering large scale projects. He works closely with client teams. Prasad has been responsible for setting up strategic directions and delivering performance results to clients.
